About the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program
The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP) is managed by Immigration New Brunswick (ImmigrationNB) in collaboration with IRCC, offering pathways for foreign nationals who want to live and work, or run a business, in New Brunswick. New Brunswick also participates in the federal Atlantic Immigration Program.
Program Streams
- Express Entry Stream — two pathways aligned with the federal Express Entry system; requires CLB 7 in all four abilities and a Canadian high school diploma or ECA equivalent
- Skilled Worker Stream — for foreign nationals with a full-time job offer from a New Brunswick employer in an in-demand occupation
- Strategic Initiative Stream — targeted intake for specific labour market or demographic priorities
- Critical Worker Pilot — for workers filling critical labour shortages
- Private Career College Graduate Pilot — for graduates of eligible New Brunswick private career colleges
- Business Immigration Stream — for entrepreneurs and business owners
NBPNP uses an Expression of Interest (EOI) model — EOIs remain valid for 365 days in the candidate pool. Meeting a stream’s minimum requirements doesn’t guarantee an invitation to apply, and an invitation doesn’t guarantee nomination.
How We Help
We identify which of the six streams best fits your background, build a competitive EOI, and manage your application once invited.
