About the Newfoundland and Labrador PNP
The NLPNP nominates skilled workers, international graduates, and entrepreneurs who can contribute to Newfoundland and Labrador’s economy. All economic immigration candidates — including those applying through the Atlantic Immigration Program — first submit an Expression of Interest through the province’s Immigration Accelerator platform.
Program Streams
- Priority Skills NL — for workers in government-designated priority occupations (healthcare, technology, skilled trades) with an NL employer job offer; Express Entry-aligned nominations add +600 CRS points
- Skilled Worker — for workers with a permanent, full-time NL employer job offer outside the priority list
- International Graduate — for post-secondary graduates working in Newfoundland and Labrador
- International Entrepreneur — for business owners who will actively manage and own their NL business for at least one continuous year before nomination
Most applicants to the NLPNP and AIP need an invite code from a provincial employer before submitting their Expression of Interest.
