These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of youdeserveimmigration.com/ (the "Site"), operated by You Deserve Immigration Ltd. ("we," "us," "our," or "YDI"), a Canadian immigration consultancy regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. General Information Only — Not Legal or Immigration Advice
The content on this Site — including program overviews, eligibility summaries, process explanations, and points calculators — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal or immigration advice, and it does not create a consultant-client relationship between you and YDI, or between you and any individual RCIC.
Canadian immigration law, program criteria, processing times, and fees change frequently and without notice. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this Site accurate and current, we do not guarantee that any information on it is complete, up to date, or applicable to your specific circumstances. You should not rely on this Site as a substitute for a formal consultation and should always confirm current requirements directly with us or with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and relevant provincial authorities.
3. Points Calculators
The points calculators on this Site (including the Canada 67 Points Calculator, BC PNP Points Calculator, Nova Scotia PNP Points Calculator, and BC PNP Business Investor & Entrepreneur Calculator) produce indicative, estimated scores based on the information you enter. They are simplified educational tools, not official assessments, and do not reflect any government agency’s actual scoring methodology, current draw cutoffs, or eligibility determination. A calculator result — high or low — does not guarantee, and is not evidence of, eligibility for any immigration program. Only IRCC, a provincial or territorial nominee program, or another relevant authority can determine your actual eligibility.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee the outcome of any immigration application, nomination, visa, or other process, whether or not you have engaged our services. Immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority (IRCC, a provincial or territorial government, or other body) based on criteria and processes outside our control.
5. Engaging Our Services
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to represent you or a retainer for our services. A formal consultant-client relationship, including representation before IRCC or any provincial authority, begins only once you have signed a written retainer agreement with YDI setting out the scope of services, fees, and terms of engagement.
6. Use of Content
The content, design, graphics, logos, and other material on this Site are owned by or licensed to YDI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and use content on this Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site’s content without our prior written consent.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site, including its points calculators and contact form.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YDI and its consultants, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
